I brought a Panasonic 50" Plasma HD 3D Smart TV. Great TV!. Within 5 days the tv broke had to wait over a week for a new one caus it was over the holiday period, the whole reason i had purchaed the tv at that time!
Anyway got it replaced, quite rude on the phone, I had to email and hassle alot to make sure the tv was getting replaced ASAP! They told me they would give me 1 set of free 3D glasses as a sorry, witch are only worth £40 when i had speent £800 on a TV, 1 pair was pretty poor but.... they never even sent them to me!!!!!!!!! Even after i emailed them over 5 times asking about it, they did reply the first few times but never after that and I never got the glasses! Not following through with there statments and not replying to paying customers is not on!! I do feel a bit conned by them and would never buy from them again! And i would advise you not to buy from them!!!
